Troop 10 was founded in 2011 after the two existing Scout troops in Lexington had grown very large. Our goal was simple: to create a smaller, close-knit community centered on the core values of Scouting. In 2024, we expanded our program to welcome girls into Troop 10, eventually bringing the Girl Troop together with our main troop to create one inclusive Scouts BSA community. Today, Troop 10 provides youth with opportunities to experience adventure, personal growth, leadership, and valuable life skills. We specialize in high-adventure experiences while placing a strong emphasis on traditional Scouting skills. Whether we’re hiking through the backcountry, practicing fire-building techniques, or mastering knots, we strive to keep the spirit of classic Scouting alive. Our troop meets weekly and takes a camping trip each month. Throughout the school year, we participate in civic events, service projects, and council-wide Scouting activities. We invite you to visit Scouts BSA Troop 10 in Lexington, Massachusetts, and discover the fun, challenges, and lifelong friendships that come with being part of our troop. Come see what Scouting has to offer!
